"I was going to give them 2 or 3 stars and wondered why? I had been considering moving our State Farm rep from CLearwater FL to this location since we moved out this way and the office is right around the cornder. Simple question was is it feasable to do this transfer of office? Afterall, we have been State Farm customers for over 20 years with no issues. Well, as of today....at least two weeks later and three other failed attempts to get a response, we have heard NOTHING from this guys office. I am sure he is a good agent, if not great, but the potential of adding a loyal State Farm customer to his offcie is undenaibly not on his list of priorities...therefore, we wull stay woth our Clearwater FL rep. Anyone need an agent who responds? Call the Clearwater offcie (not dropping names)."

"Trying to get answers on the phone from this office is absolutely horrible. On 2 separate occasions its taken them over a week to get back to me. The second time I was never contacted back about my bill and had to call their home office in Alabama. The worst experience with an insurance company I have ever had in the last 30 years. Julio Caban doesn't exist in that office. If he did he would take care of situations with un happy customers."
